As you consider our programs, please understand that not all facilities and locations are highly developed for accessibility, and you must have at least some sense of adventure. Our hotels always have some "handicapped" rooms, and all rooms can be accessed. We allocate "handicapped" rooms according to greatest need. Questions? Ask us!

Any party of four or more constitutes a group and may ask us to create a custom itinerary for them, or create a tour for special interests, such as photography, history, etc.

Antelope on the Mt. Rushmore Tour

Reservations: Because of the popularity and small sizes of our tours, usually 10 or 11 people, you should call for reservations as soon as possible to secure the trip most desired. Reservations can be made by phone and will be confirmed upon receipt of the required deposit (see below).

Deposits: Access Tours requires a deposit of 50% within ten days after our office gives you verbal confirmation of your reservation. Upon receipt of your deposit, written confirmation, trip preparation information, etc., will be mailed to you. Final payment is required 90 days prior to trip departure date. Reservations made less than 90 days must be accompanied by full payment immediately after receiving verbal confirmation from our office.

Cancellations: If written notice of cancellation is received by Access Tours no later than 90 days prior to tour date, a full refund of moneys paid will be made, less a $200 per person handling fee. Cancellations occurring between 90 and 61 days prior to tour date are subject to a $500 fee. Cancellations made within 60 days of tour date are non refundable. No refunds will be made to guests who are "no shows" or who do not complete the tour for any reason whatsoever. We strongly recommend the purchase of travel cancellation insurance. This will protect you should the unforeseen happen. Any high-quality travel agent who books your air travel can provide you with an easy application and the policies are inexpensive compared to cancellation.
 
Itineraries: Access Tours, Inc., reserves the right to withdraw any tour described herein at any time. If we should cancel a tour, a full refund will be made. Itineraries may be subject to changes and alterations, by necessity, at any time without notice and for any reason, without allowance or refund.
